About Me

I’m Sophia, a freelance writer and digital content specialist based in NYC. I love promoting brands. I hate promoting myself. However, that is the entire purpose of this blurb.

I have a strong background in commercial and editorial media, specializing in branded content and blog writing. I’ve spent the past four years amplifying brand awareness for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies through compelling, high-performing native advertisements, from SEO articles to marketing materials, social media content, and more. Most recently, I did this as Commercial Content Writer for Fever’s Secret Media Network, where I executed digital media campaigns for brand partnerships valued up to $1m.

In 2021, I received my B.A. in History and Art History from Boston University. I served as an editor and writer for various student media organizations and served on The Daily Free Press Board of Directors. I also pursued independent research in History through UROP, for which I received a Humanities Scholar Award.

Professional stuff aside, my free time is spent dwelling and writing short stories that will live on Google Drive until I find the confidence to publicly share them. You can read my Medium blog and hopefully have some laughs.
